Our Knowledge Base is now better than ever as we've moved to a new user-friendly platform, added easy Getting Started Guides, and created new support articles for your queries.
What has changed?
Our Knowledge Base has moved over to a new platform, Gitbook. You can access it at the same address as before support.d4h.org, however some links to specific articles may have changed.
You’ll see a brand new interface, new articles, and getting started guides to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible for new users.
How will our customers benefit?
Getting Started Guides for Users
Our Quick Start Guide for Users steps new users through creating an account, signing-in, and downloading the D4H mobile apps. This is easily shareable and saves organizations time in getting their whole team set up.
Getting Started Guides for Admins
We’ve also added Getting Started Guides for Admins. Here, we step you through customizing your new account to your needs. There’s a guide for each of our products; D4H Personnel & Training, D4H Equipment Management, D4H Incident Management, and D4H Incident Reporting.
The new interface is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Simply scroll the navigation bar on the left hand side to view the article categories and click on any section to expand it and view the articles within that section.
It also has an improved search which makes it easy to find the answers to specific queries.
The contents of each article are now listed on the right hand side so you can quickly move to the section of interest if it is a lengthy article.
It’s also possible to print or download a PDF if you need a hard copy of any support article. Just right click anywhere on the article page and select print. On the dialog box that opens, you can choose to ‘Print’ or ‘Save as PDF’.
