You Can Now Make Everbridge Phone Calls From D4H

Within D4H Incident Management, you've always been able to send Everbridge mass-notifications by email and text during an incident. We've now added Phone Call as a new channel selection option.

Communication is key in a well-coordinated response. Everbridge was integrated with D4H Incident Management to create the ultimate way to launch and manage incidents. This integration enabled users to send Everbridge mass-notifications by SMS and Email to the public, campus population, staff, and your response team, without ever closing the software.

We have now developed this capability further to enable you to initiate Phone Calls to your Everbridge contacts, as well as SMS Messages, and Emails.

These combined solutions help responders to communicate, collaborate, and command throughout any situation; ultimately resulting in better outcomes, more efficient responses, and less paperwork.
