This is the Privacy Statement of D4H in relation to data collected and processed by D4H on its own behalf acting as a Data Controller in the provision of its Services such as this marketing website. This does not apply to Personal Data in our software where the Customer is the Data Controller which is covered by our individual service agreements with customers.
This Privacy Statement applies to any information provided or collected through this D4H Technologies Limited website and/or any D4H Technologies Limited application, including the D4H Technologies Limited mobile and tablet applications or any application on social media or other website (together the Digital Media), which are provided by D4H Technologies Limited, a company registered in Ireland with company number 463199 and registered office address of The Baily Lighthouse, Howth, Dublin 13, Ireland (D4H, the Company, us, we or our).
This Privacy Statement (together with our Cookies Policy) sets out the basis on which we, as a Data Controller, gather, use, process and disclose any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us by using the Digital Media. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users of the Digital Media. We will use your personal data only for the purposes and in the manner set forth below which describes the steps we take to ensure our processing of your personal data is in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) and any implementing legislation (Data Protection Legislation).

Information We Collect Through Technology
We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using tracking technologies such as cookies. A “cookie” is a small piece of data that may be stored on your computer or mobile device. If you make use of any D4H social media features, either on the Digital Media or through a social media provider, we may access your personal data via that social media provider in accordance with their policies. When using a social media feature and if you have chosen to include it in your social media account, we may access personal data such as your name, profile picture, gender, birthday, email address, address and any other information you have chosen to make available. Depending on the privacy settings of you and your friends, we may access information that you provide to a social media provider regarding your respective locations (e.g. location data) to provide you with relevant content. We may also access information from social media providers about your use of the Digital Media that we run on their website.
Links to other websites
We may, from time to time, provide links to third-party websites. In addition, third parties’ websites may also provide links to the Digital Media. Should you choose to visit these third party websites, you should review their privacy statements to ensure you understand and are comfortable with their practices concerning your personal data. We do not accept, and we disclaim, any responsibility for the privacy statements and data protection practices of any third party website (whether or not such website is linked on or to the Digital Media). Where we store your personal data

As no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us and you transfer the personal data at your own risk. Disclosure of your personal data
We may disclose your personal data to third parties:
- Where a service provider provides a service or function on our behalf, including credit card processing, business analytics, customer service, marketing, distribution of surveys, and fraud prevention. We may also authorize third-party service providers to collect information on our behalf, including as necessary to operate features of the Digital Media or to facilitate the delivery of online advertising tailored to your interests.
- When you access certain D4H social media features through the Digital Media, you are sharing information with the social media provider (such as Facebook) and the information you share will be governed by their privacy statements (including that we may access such information via the social media provider). You may be able to modify your privacy settings for these social media providers. Please consult the privacy statement of the relevant social media provider for further information.
- If D4H or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case your personal data held by us may be included in the transferred assets (for example, in the form of a database of users of the Digital Media). Similarly, personal data may be transferred as part of a corporate reorganization, insolvency proceeding, or another similar event, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law;

Depending on the information processed on your behalf by D4H Technologies, we may need to share data with partners or subcontractors in order to deliver your service.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
The D4H software as a service product is delivered using AWS Database services, storage servers, and application servers. Services are delivered from data centers in specified in your service agreement. Jurisdictions include but are not limited to EU (Dublin, Ireland), US (Virginia, United States), and CA (Montreal, Canada). https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/
Used for offsite storage and analysis of server and security logs. No customer data is included in log files, but user IP data and activities are. Logs are archived for 12 months. https://help.papertrailapp.com/kb/how-it-works/security-compliance/
Used for outbound and inbound email processing. Some email messages send through D4H products will be sent to SendGrid for delivery to the end user. SendGrid manages the delivery, bounce, suppression lists, and spam lists for D4H Technologies. SendGrid is sent the content of emails and their sender/recipient email information for delivery. Used for managing our products server infrastructure. As an application performance management tool, NewRelic will be sent error details, IP addresses, other other performance related data. It is unlikely, but potentially in a rare occurrence, the body of an error could relate to personal details. New Relic is self-hosted at a co-location service provider in Tier III, SOC2 data center near Chicago. https://newrelic.com/security
Used for tracking errors occurring in the software. When an error occurs, IP Address, limited user data, user environment data such as browser, account, activity, and operating system, is sent to Sentry. While usernames and ids may be included - no personal information such as names, emails addressed, or other information is sent unless included in a rare occurrence, the body of an error could relate to personal details. PCI Compliant Payment and Credit Card Processing. Customers enter their own payment details directly on Stripe. D4H Technologies cannot access credit card details but may see records of payment. https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe

Cloud-based email, word-processing, spreadsheets, file storage, search, presentations. D4H Technologies stores customer data sent as email attachments or delivered by other methods in Google services. We also use Google’s advertising services which can include the upload of email address data to Google Adwords and related services. Emails addressed to shared inboxes such as but not limited to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com are processed by Teamwork. Teamwork stores the contents of these emails and metadata about them. https://www.teamwork.com/security
Provides email marketing services. Data subjects who have consented to receive communications will be subscribed to broadcasts and campaigns in Drip. https://www.drip.com/privacy

G2 offers a public website where you can search for and share information about technology products, services, and providers, communicate with other users, and contribute your recommendations and reviews of various technology products.
