This presents specific challenges that the team expertly navigates through comprehensive training, both in-house and in collaboration with external agencies. From first aid and water rescue to rope rescue and control room operations, the team is equipped to handle a wide range of situations.

Prior to becoming a user of D4H, Tom had experience with the software in his volunteering role for a search and rescue team, it was there he saw the value of what D4H could bring to the Alton Towers operations.
