This Privacy Statement (together with our Cookies Policy) sets out the basis on which we, as a Data Controller, gather, use, process and disclose any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us by using the Digital Media. If you make use of any D4H social media features, either on the Digital Media or through a social media provider, we may access your personal data via that social media provider in accordance with their policies. When using a social media feature and if you have chosen to include it in your social media account, we may access personal data such as your name, profile picture, gender, birthday, email address, address and any other information you have chosen to make available. Depending on the privacy settings of you and your friends, we may access information that you provide to a social media provider regarding your respective locations (e.g. location data) to provide you with relevant content. We may also access information from social media providers about your use of the Digital Media that we run on their website.
Links to other websites
We may, from time to time, provide links to third-party websites. In addition, third parties’ websites may also provide links to the Digital Media. - When you access certain D4H social media features through the Digital Media, you are sharing information with the social media provider (such as Facebook) and the information you share will be governed by their privacy statements (including that we may access such information via the social media provider). - If D4H or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case your personal data held by us may be included in the transferred assets (for example, in the form of a database of users of the Digital Media). We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make any changes, we will post those changes here and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this Privacy Statement. Sub-Processors
Depending on the information processed on your behalf by D4H Technologies, we may need to share data with partners or subcontractors in order to deliver your service.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
The D4H software as a service product is delivered using AWS Database services, storage servers, and application servers. Services are delivered from data centers in specified in your service agreement. NewRelic
Used for managing our products server infrastructure. As an application performance management tool, NewRelic will be sent error details, IP addresses, other other performance related data. It is unlikely, but potentially in a rare occurrence, the body of an error could relate to personal details. New Relic is self-hosted at a co-location service provider in Tier III, SOC2 data center near Chicago. https://newrelic.com/security
Sentry
Used for tracking errors occurring in the software. When an error occurs, IP Address, limited user data, user environment data such as browser, account, activity, and operating system, is sent to Sentry. While usernames and ids may be included - no personal information such as names, emails addressed, or other information is sent unless included in a rare occurrence, the body of an error could relate to personal details. Stripe

Xero

Cloud-based email, word-processing, spreadsheets, file storage, search, presentations. D4H Technologies stores customer data sent as email attachments or delivered by other methods in Google services. We also use Google’s advertising services which can include the upload of email address data to Google Adwords and related services. G2 offers a public website where you can search for and share information about technology products, services, and providers, communicate with other users, and contribute your recommendations and reviews of various technology products. Beamer
GetBeamer.com may collect data about our visitors and customers for the purpose of providing product release update notices to D4H. This data includes Date and time when Beamer script is loaded, Preferred language used to access Beamer, Anonymized format IP address, Device type (unique device identifiers), operating system, and browser type, Geographic location (approximate), Referring url and domain, Pages visited, and Reactions. Users may opt-in to send feedback comments to D4H which will require the user to enter an email address into Beamer.
