We were recently joined for a live stream with Jeff Morgan, Founder and CEO of Aviem International, for a powerful discussion on the often-overlooked human element of emergency and crisis response. Hosted by Robin and Steph from EcoOnline, this session explored real-world incidents like Swissair Flight 111, the White Island volcano eruption, and Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, diving into the emotional, logistical, and structural challenges of providing care and communication during major emergencies.
