We believe in building insanely great software that offers thick, real, meaningful value to those at the forefront of emergency and crisis management. That's why our purpose is to create groundbreaking technologies that help reduce the loss and suffering caused by emergencies to people, the environment, assets, and reputation – wherever humans go.

Responsibilities

Our Incident & Crisis Management Solutions Specialists are responsible for the creation of new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by “creating as many customers as possible”. Our Solutions Specialists create customers from interested organisations by crafting solutions to their challenges through a combination of their industry, product, and commercial expertise.

Our forward-facing experts

New leads are created by the commercial team through inbound demand generation, referrals, and customer upsell opportunities. Our Solutions Specialists also create new leads themselves, through the generation and distribution of online articles, videos, audio, imagery, webinars, and other online presence & networking. They identify and network into large opportunities within our existing customers base, ongoing sales, and through requesting introductions from our customers and their networks.

Our Solutions Specialists assist with creating and producing content for our online presence, making sure they are presenting their solutions for Incident & Crisis Managers built on our platform in the best possible way. Our Solutions Specialists are comfortable working towards being a thought leader and building their personal brand on-camera.

Creating wow

Solutions Specialist will make a “Needs Assessment Call” with new inbound leads and listen intently and be curious enough to understand their needs, qualify the opportunity, then develop a custom product demonstration for them.

Our Solutions Specialists deliver software demonstrations of D4H using their industry background & knowledge in Crisis Management, Emergency Response, and Emergency Management. They focus on the customer’s long-term success with D4H by demonstrating ‘tangible human outcomes’ through the use of the product.

Our Solutions Specialists are D4H product experts, able to configure our software to suggest solutions and solve problems for prospects during screen-shares. Rather than discussing specifications and features, our Solutions Specialists dive-in to identify prospects' problems. They solve these pain points by configuring a D4H solution that best solves their issues in an uncomplicated, considerate, and confident manner.

Commercial expertise

Leads qualified by our Solutions Specialist are guided through a pipeline with stages including Problem Discovery, Finding Product Fit, Proposal, and Gaining Consensus, before handing-over to the Commercial Team for contracting, implementation, training, and billing. Our Solutions Specialists will develop commercial expertise, with understanding and awareness of the business environment, market trends, competitors, and economic factors that impact decision-making in purchasing.

Our Solutions Specialists exhibit a high level of precision in the administration of tasks, notes, and schedules in the CRM. They consistently produce well-structured and coherent written documentation about their activities and plans.
