What Does BZ Mean?

Bravo Zulu when conveyed by flaghoist, morse code, or voice comms at the end of a mission means Well Done. It was introduced between allied forces in World War II.

Say goodbye to the hassle of switching between different tabs or windows to access the D4H Help Center! Our latest update includes a new embedded experience that opens the Help Center directly within the D4H web app, saving you time and effort when you have a query. With instant answers, keyword search, and multiple options to get in touch with our Help Desk, we're now providing a smoother and more efficient customer support experience for our users.

Do you find yourself constantly switching between different tabs just to access software support? Say goodbye to that inconvenience with our new embedded D4H Help Center experience!

Stay on task with embedded help

Our latest update includes a new Help Center that opens within the D4H web app, without you having to navigate away from the page you’re on. This means you can easily access our documentation and support resources while staying on task and without losing your place.

Save time with recommended articles

But that’s not all - we’ve also introduced instant answers that suggest the top 5 most relevant articles based on where you are in D4H. This saves you time and effort in searching for the information you need. If the top 5 articles aren’t sufficient, you can always refine your question with keyword search or ‘Ask for Help’ to contact us directly.

Get in touch in one step

When you ask for help, you’ll be presented with multiple options to get in touch with our team, including email and real-time chat (during specific hours). If you’ve had previous conversations with us, you can access your history and add to your existing support requests from within the embedded Help Center.

Additional resources

If you prefer a full-screen experience, you can visit our Help Center at any time. Don’t forget to check out our other resources, including D4H What’s New and D4H System Status, which you can subscribe to by email for the latest updates.

Take a tour

With these new features, we’re confident that you’ll have a smoother and more efficient experience with our Help Center. So why wait? Click on the ‘Help’ icon on the toolbar within D4H and start exploring the new Help Center today!
