Enhancements

  • Default "My Items" View: You can now save time by having your default view on a Task Board pre-filtered to your assigned items.
  • Filtered New Tasks: New tasks now follow the pre-set filters of their Task Board, ensuring your teams see the most relevant tasks right away.
  • UTC Time Zone Support: We've added UTC as an option in the Timezone field, with the ability to pre-set a default timezone.
  • Compact Situation Widget: We've updated the 'Situation' dashboard widget to be more compact. The widget will auto-size the fields to fit as much in view as possible.
  • New Extension P4cks: Expanded template variety in our Help Center to install directly into your incident management account, thanks to customer contributions!

Team Manager

New! Equipment Inspection Steps are now available!

We're excited to unveil a major upgrade to our Equipment Inspections feature called “Inspection Steps”. Designed with your feedback in mind, this upgrade lets you add multiple individual pass/ fail steps to each of your equipment inspections.

For example, when inspecting a vehicle, users could document checking seat belts, lights, tyres, fuel level, etc. On each step they can leave a note, and failure of any one step will prevent them from passing the overall inspection.

Your Account Owner will need to manually activate this new functionality, all the instructions are in the release notes.

  • Enhanced Navigation: Easily browse through long lists of items with improved pagination – no more endless scrolling!
  • Custom Report Improvements: Analyze incident data with more precision: Filter custom reports by multiple options, enjoy faster report generation, and export larger datasets. Release Notes.
  • Improved On-Call App Visibility: Quickly see your Off-Call End Time right on the D4H Personnel app for better time management and coordination.
  • Clearer On-Call Scheduling: Easily set your On/Off Call periods with the time field now highlighted in blue for better visibility in the D4H Personnel app.
  • Enhanced Lost Person Behavior Reporting: We've extended report extraction to the Organization account for comprehensive data access. Lost Person Behavior is also now available in Custom Reports, and date+tag filters along with automated scheduled delivery are available.

Additional Updates

  • Better way to sign in: Users can now upgrade to one username & password for all D4H Products via any D4H mobile app.
  • Video Series: New tutorials for Personnel & Training, Equipment Management, and Incident Reporting for both Admin and Basic users on our YouTube channel.
  • System updates & Fixes: Enhanced performance, reduced loading times, and resolved bugs for a smoother experience.
